The AID4SME General Assembly
(05-08-2026) A major milestone as we hosted the EU AID4SME General Assembly at our university. Over three days, we brought together project partners in two Belgian cities: Ghent and Kortrijk.
Participants presented, discussed and reviewed the project’s progress, strengthening collaboration and aligning on next steps.
On the final day at UGent Campus Kortrijk - Flanders Make, the SME winners of Open Call 1 showcased their progress across the different pilot activities, highlighting concrete results and ongoing developments. The lab visit was a real highlight! Participants were really impressed with the facilities, technology and maturity of the research.
More good news: this was also our midterm review meeting, and experts from the European Commission were very pleased with the project's progress.
