Public showcase of our Planvar planning game
(18-12-2025) We introduced our planning game for production environments with large variability to a broader audience. We did this through a workshop we hosted at Flanders Make Kortrijk.
Through our interactive format, participants experimented with the impact of different planning parameters on overall production performance. In a hands-on and playful way, production companies can discover how reserve capacity, time buffers, WIP reduction and flexible capacity influence key indicators such as throughput, lead time, utilisation and delivery reliability.
