Taking our Planvar planning game on the road to Mariasteen
(11-12-2025) This time, we brought our planning game to Mariasteen. Through our interactive format, participants experimented with the impact of different planning parameters on overall production performance.
In a hands-on and playful way, production companies can discover how reserve capacity, time buffers, WIP reduction and flexible capacity influence key indicators such as throughput, lead time, utilisation and delivery reliability.
