Students IEOR Visit Movu Robotics
(01-12-2025) Master’s students from the Industrial Engineering and Operations Research program recently explored the Movu Robotics Experience Center. As part of their course on designing manufacturing and service operations, they were introduced to cutting-edge automation in warehousing.
The 2nd master year students in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR) visited the Movu Robotics Experience center.
In the course 'Design of Manufacturing and Service Operations', the students learned about smart automated warehousing solutions. The visit was a great opportunity to see such solutions, such as shuttles, AMRs and picking robots in real life.
Hands-on experiences like this help our students bridge the gap between theory and practice, and prepare them to design the next generation of intelligent manufacturing and logistics systems.
Thank you Karel Boone for giving us this opportunity!
