XiaK is the Flemish center of excellence in industrial automation. It was founded in 2013 by Howest in cooperation with EFRO, VIA, Agentschap Ondernemen and the Province of West Flanders.
Since 1 october 2013, XiaK is part of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Ghent University.
XiaK guides companies which have questions within the broad domain of industrial automation and helps them to find an appropriate approach and an applicable funding programme.
